The inspiration from classic, hand painted Royal Copenhagen decorations is apparent on the Alphabet 33 cl high handle Cup decorated in the letter ‘K’. On on side of the Cup, a stylized palmetto and chrysanthemum are hand painted onto the white flutes, just like the elegant letter. The inspiration for the Alphabet Collection was found in Royal Copenhagen’s vast catalogue of hand painted decorations and classic collections.
