Christmas Plaquette 2025, Christmas in Copenhagen, 8.5 cm

Every year on the first Sunday in Advent, candles are lit on the Christmas tree in the Town Hall Square of Copenhagen, a tradition dating back to 1914. In this year’s motif on the Royal Copenhagen Plaquette, a little boy and his mother greet Santa Claus crossing the Town Hall Square.
